Background

  1. Satellite communication: AREYSat-I technology can be used to communicate with low Earth orbiting (LEO) satellites and CubeSats, providing low-power, long-range communication capabilities for these small spacecraft.
  2. Remote sensing: AREYSat-I can be used to transmit data from remote sensors on the ground, in the air, or in space.
  3. Tracking and monitoring: AREYSat-I can be used to track and monitor assets such as space debris and other spacecraft in Low Earth Orbit.
  4. Rover communication: A Rover on a planet or a moon can use AREYSat-I to communicate with a base station on the planet or with a satellite in orbit.
  5. Habitat monitoring: AREYSat-I can be used in space habitats to monitor the environment, such as temperature, humidity, and air quality, as well as track the location of astronauts.
  6. Spacecraft telemetry: AREYSat-I can be used to transmit telemetry data from spacecraft, including information on the health and status of various systems.
  7. Space weather monitoring: AREYSat-I can be used to transmit data from remote sensors that monitor space weather conditions, such as solar flares and geomagnetic storms.
  8. Earth Observation: AREYSat-I can be used to transmit data from earth observation sensors such as cameras and spectrometers, which are used to study the Earth’s land, oceans, and atmosphere.

Tech Zone is well known that public safety and street lighting are linked: safer streets are those that are well-lit. In an effort to provide adequate levels of lighting for citizens, cities typically have over-lit streets with lights on for hours without a single living soul around them. In short, cities spend on powering street lights that don’t burn for anyone. At the same time, for reasons of public safety, it is never possible to turn off the lights completely. Cities around the world are familiar with this dilemma. As much as energy needs to be saved and costs cut, it is also imperative to put citizens first and ensure their safety and comfort. How can municipalities save energy and at the same time ensure the safety of citizens with the right amount of lights

Solution

The Complex of University campus opted for AREYLight’s AI controlled proactive lighting solution and installed AREYLight nodes  throughout the campus zone. Now, during the off-peak hours, the lights are dimmed down to 20% of their capacity. As soon as human presence is detected, all the lights surrounding the occupant glow to full brightness, embracing the person in a warm circle of light.The Tech zone also adopted AREYLight’s Smart Control application to collect statistical data and failure reports.

The results are Impressive! The location has achieved energy savings of 63% on its conventional lighting and the community has hailed the efficiency efforts and given positive feedback about their experience in first quarter.
